Research activities
The faculty members are actively involved in research in their respective fields like Pest Biology, Insect Immunity, Development of Resistance in Mosquitoes, Reproductive Biology, Immunology, Genetics, Parasitology and Entomology.
Dr. Saugata Ghosh has completed a project titled " A study on the cellular and metabolic defense system of Hyposidra talaca, a defoliating lepidopteran pest of tea from Darjeeling Terai, against the pesticide-challenge)" sponsored by DST, West Bengal in 2023.
